Use of Natural Design
Natural Design provides software for creating, editing, storing, and syncing design documents. You are responsible for your account, the content you create, and your use of the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant Natural Design the permissions needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect your use of Natural Design.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Natural Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages except where prohibited by law.
